Being a part of HR & Administration Team,  your main task will be:

  • Contact person for payroll and time management related topics
  • Interface to external payroll accounting partners
  • Management of vacations, sick leaves, and business trips records
  • Support in the preparation of new procedures & policies
  • HR related organizational tasks topics
  • Participation in or lead of different HR Projects
  • Support in recruiting or people development related tasks
  • Support of general administration tasks

YOU BRING WITH:
  • Expertise in payroll & HR administration topics (2-3 years)
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • High degree of customer and service orientation
  • Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Interest in other subjects of HR domain
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of German and English (intermediate level)
