•Servicing and supporting customers by telephone and electronically
•Handling and resolving customer enquiries or complaints
•Establishing good relationships with customers
•Providing information to the clients
•Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
•Keeping records of customer interactions
•Experience in a service oriented-/telemarketing-position as a plus
•Enjoyment in interaction with people, especially over phone but also in writing
•German native speaker, perfect English skills (written and spoken)
•Solid PC Skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Self-dependent in taking actions, good communication and analytical skills
• Flexible and sensitive approach to different customer needs
Our customer offers to work in a successful, international environment for one of the leading companies in the market. The annual gross salary for this position is € 23.800,--.
