Service durch fundierte Kenntnisse über neue Ware zu unterstützen, Alternativen anzubieten und sicherzustellen, dass sich jede Entscheidung für Kund:innen mühelos anfühlt. Durch das Teilen zentraler visueller Inputs mit dem Customer Experience-Team stellst du sicher, dass sich das Markenbild direkt in der Wahrnehmung des Stores widerspiegelt.

Das Produkt ist deine Leinwand. Du erneuerst Layouts, rotierst präsentierte Ware und passt das Store-Image schnell an visuelle und kommerzielle Anforderungen an. Jede Puppe, jede Präsentation und jedes Detail wird auf höchstem Niveau vorbereitet – für eine dynamische und inspirierende Atmosphäre.

Menschen stehen im Mittelpunkt dieser Rolle. Neue Visuals zu erkennen und zu entwickeln bedeutet, Kultur, Werte und die kreative Vision der Marke weiterzugeben. Es geht darum, die nächste Generation von Talenten zu formen und gleichzeitig die Konsistenz der Store-Identität sicherzustellen.

• Erfahrung als Visual Commercial im Einzelhandel
• Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamplayer
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse

Being ready to support service with insights on new arrivals, offering alternatives, and making sure every choice feels effortless for the customer. By sharing key visual inputs with the Customer Experience team, you ensure that the brand’s image translates directly into the way clients perceive the store.

Product is your canvas. You’ll refresh layouts, rotate exposed items, and adjust the store image quickly in response to visual and commercial needs. Every mannequin, display, and detail will be prepared to the highest standard, keeping the atmosphere dynamic and inspiring.

People are the core of this role. Identifying and training new visuals means passing on the culture, values, and creative vision of the brand. It’s about shaping the next generation of talent while ensuring consistency in the store’s identity.

This role is about impact - blending creativity, precision, and leadership to transform the store into a place where customers don’t just shop, but connect with the brand.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally in retail
• Independent and well-organised working style
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of German or English
