AUFGABEN

• Deliver outstanding client service and create an exceptional in‑store experience
• Drive sales performance and actively work toward achieving KPI targets
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients
• Ensure impeccable product presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all operational tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support daily store operations
• Contribute to a seamless, luxury‑level customer journey at all touchpoints

ANFORDERUNGEN

• Previous sales experience in the luxury designer fashion sector
• Excellent client service skills with a strong passion for exceeding client expectations
• Professional, welcoming demeanor and polished personal presentation
• High level of attention to detail in all tasks and interactions
• Strong knowledge and understanding of luxury fashion
• Excellent organizational skills and strong problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term rapport with clientele
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage

GEHALT & BENEFITS

For this exciting position, a gross monthly salary starting at € 2,714.29 on a full‑time basis is provided. The actual compensation will depend on your qualifications, experience, and expectations.
