Marketing & Communications Specialist – DACH (m/w/d)

As our DACH Communications Specialist, you will be part of a cross‑functional team of 5–7 people, led by a manager originally from the US. You will shape communication for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and turn our global vision into a strong regional voice.

You’ll work closely with Legal, Marketing, Policy, and CRM while driving campaigns that resonate across the DACH region.

Data expertise is not required — what matters is strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a true “go‑get‑it” mindset.

AUFGABEN

Communication & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute communication for Riders and Drivers across DACH
• Coordinate copywriting, translations, localization, campaign setup
• Manage promo codes, campaign design, and project workflows
• Execute campaigns across owned channels: email, in‑app, blog

Content & Quality

• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and CRM for content drafting and approvals
• Review and refine messaging, test and optimize content
• Work on multiple campaigns across different languages, cities, products, and audiences simultaneously

ANFORDERUNGEN

• Fluent German & English (English is the working language), French is a strong plus, Italian a bonus
• Background in communications or marketing
• Strong writing skills; experience in copywriting is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Extroverted, proactive, collaborative personality
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

GEHALT & BENEFITS

• Minimum Salary per month: 3.500 € gross
