The position combines strategic development with hands-on treasury operations, in close collaboration with Group Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesContribution to the establishment of a group-wide treasury framework, including policies, processes, governance and compliance standardsActive participation in the development of liquidity, financing and risk management strategiesFurther optimisation of the Treasury Management System (TIS) and related ERP interfaces to support cash, liquidity and risk managementManagement of global cash and liquidity planning, banking structures, and intercompany financing activitiesMonitoring of FX exposures, hedging activities and credit facilitiesIntegration of treasury data into group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesYour QualificationsDegree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Controlling or a comparable fieldMin. 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Corporate Finance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentSolid expertise in liquidity management, financing instruments and financial risk managementAdvanced Excel skills, exposure to Power BI is an advantageStrong communication and negotiation skills in English, ideally in German as wellYour BenefitsActive role in shaping a modern Group Treasury functionInternational scope and exposureSuccessful company with lean structuresMultinational and respectful working environmentIndividual onboarding and strong internal collaborationAttractive salary packageReady for your next step?
