As an Executive Lounge Host, you are a vital part of our team, ensuring that our guests enjoy first-class service in the Executive Lounge.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Warmly and authentically welcoming our guests, responding attentively to their needs, and providing knowledgeable answers to their questions.
• Handling personal check-in and check-out procedures for guests in the Executive Lounge, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with the team.
• Preparing food and beverage offerings during service times with a focus on freshness, variety, and presentation.
• Collaborating closely with your team and promoting open, goal-oriented teamwork throughout the Executive Lounge.
• Ensuring the lounge is always well-maintained, organized and equipped.
• Responding promptly and professionally to complaints, actively contributing to solutions, and informing the relevant managers for follow-up.
• Monitoring food and beverage inventory in the lounge and using resources responsibly.
• Consistently adhering to all hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.
• Taking on additional tasks when needed to enhance the guest experience or support the team.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Entry-level experience in customer service roles within the hotel, leisure, or retail sectors
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and passion.
• A well-groomed appearance.

YOUR SALARY:

The gross monthly salary (according to the collective agreement for part-time employees in the hotel and hospitality industry) is €1,414.37.
