Our client, a global Leader in Energy sector is looking for further support.


The main task is to support the Site and Project Management in administrative and commercial issues on the project site.


Place of assignment / Construction site: Bruck an der Leitha


Administrative Tasks:


  • Support of the site and project management in administrative, organizational and commercial activities
  • Office management (Assist in preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings, editing documents, reports, …)
  • Professional communication with internal and external partners
  • Support the onboarding process for site personnel (internal and external), including coordinating the orientation phase and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Supporting HSE team in administrative tasks

Commercial Tasks:


  • Support Site concurrent cost accounting and the associated cost controlling
  • Set up and coordination of the commercial/administrative site, transportation, hiring and management of local personnel and external hires
  • HR related activities (controlling relevant site documentation, required evidence in Project registration tool - DEXEVO - and check the requires access documentation)
  • Coordinate site business administration issues such as, invoicing, payments, , processing of site awarded subcontracts, costing and pricing for backcharges

Education / Qualification:


  • Completed commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship, technical college, or equivalent qualification)
  • Additional qualification in business administration, office management, or accounting is an advantage
  • Experience in administrative, commercial, or project support roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects
