DESCRIPTION

A senior transformation consultant specializing in SAP Finance and Banking/Insurance transformation programs. The role combines business consulting, enterprise architecture, data management, and delivery leadership to help financial institutions modernize finance processes, redesign IT landscapes, and implement SAP-based solutions. The consultant is expected to lead strategic transformation initiatives while remaining hands-on in solution design and project delivery.

FINANCE TRANSFORMATION

• Lead finance transformation programs for banking and insurance clients.

• Design target operating models, finance processes, and transformation roadmaps.

• Support regulatory, accounting, and reporting transformation initiatives.

• Drive business case development and benefits realization.

SAP SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE

• Design and govern SAP Finance architectures.

• Lead SAP FPSL (Financial Products Subledger) implementations and enhancements.

• Define integration strategies across Finance, Data, and Reporting platforms.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
