Wir sind R. Tattoo x Barber – das offizielle Studio von RAF Camora in Wien & Salzburg. Ein Studio, das nicht wie ein klassischer Salon aussieht und sich auch nicht so anfühlt.

Bei uns treffen Herrenfriseur, Tattoos und Musik aufeinander. Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, das kreativ, offen und entspannt ist. Mit Stammkunden, die Style feiern und Zeit für gute Arbeit mitbringen.

Und ja:

Manchmal sind wir auch bei Konzerten oder Events dabei – aber das Wichtigste ist der Alltag im Studio:

Als Herrenfriseur*in bei uns bekommst du einen Job, in dem du wachsen kannst:

✂️ Herrenhaarschnitte & Bart-Styles

Standard: 40 Minuten pro Haarschnitt – Zeit für Fades, Konturen & Styling. Keine Fließbandarbeit.

👥 Kontakt zu Kund:innen

Du baust dir Stammkunden auf, die gezielt wegen dir kommen.

🤝 ein Team, das dich trägt

Niemand wird ins kalte Wasser geworfen. Du bekommst Einarbeitung & Zeit, sicher zu werden.

📆 Flexible Stundenmodelle

20h, 30h oder 40h – und auf Wunsch eine 4-Tage-Woche bei Vollzeit.

💶  Du wirst überdurchschnittlich bezahlt

Fixgehalt + Provision die sich auszahlt für dich.

Realistische Verdienstmöglichkeiten: ca. 2.000 € netto bei Vollzeit & guter Auslastung.

VERGÜTUNG:

Das Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40h/Woche) beträgt laut gesetzlichem Kollektivvertrag EUR 1.965,00. Zusätzlich bieten wir ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell mit Umsatzbeteiligung.

WHO WE ARE

We are R. Tattoo x Barber – the official studio of RAF Camora in Vienna & Salzburg. A studio that doesn’t look or feel like a traditional salon.

We combine barbering, tattoos, and music in a creative, open, relaxed environment – with clients who value style and make time for quality work.

And yes – sometimes we’re at concerts or events. But what matters most is the daily life in the studio:

🔥 WHAT TO EXPECT

As a barber with us, you’ll have a job where you can grow and develop.

✂️ Men’s cuts & beard styles Standard: 40 minutes per cut – time for fades, detail work & styling. No conveyor-belt salon work.

👥 Client interaction You’ll build your own regulars who come specifically for you.

🤝 A team that supports you No one gets thrown in at the deep end. We train you and give you time to feel confident.

📆 Flexible working hours 20h, 30h, or 40h – and a 4-day week possible for full-time.

💶 Over-average pay Base salary + commission that actually makes a difference. Realistic earnings: around €2,000 net/month full-time with good utilization.

📦 Moving to the city If you relocate for the job, we support you with up to €1,500 relocation bonus.

COMPENSATION
