Requirements

  • A completed IT education or equivalent practical experience, ideally with 3+ years of professional experience in an international corporate environment.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Windows OS and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) as well as modern meeting room equipment.
  • Good understanding of ITIL frameworks and structured service desk processes (experience with ServiceNow or similar tools is a major plus).
  • Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive, highly customer-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills and full commitment to a 100% on-site work model in Vienna.
