For this role we believe you have minimum 10 years of working with Marketing as well as minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing leaders and teams within different disciplines within the Marketing function. In addition, you have experience from retail, preferably home furnishing sector, as well as of strategic business planning, of multi-channel customer experience and from managing change in a complex business environment.
You have extensive knowledge of Marketing strategies, market segmentation and market positioning methods and tools as well as of CRM and loyalty as well as of integrated media. Further, you have broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, IKEA Culture & Values and vision as well as of direction setting, creation of strategic and operational goals and plans including follow up on KPIs as well as of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviours. You also have broad knowledge of consumers and customers in the market from a macro, competitive, consumer, brand and business performance perspective as well as of modern marketing/media techniques such as 1:1 marketing, e-commerce marketing, digital and social media and complex content management. Finally, you possess good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management as well as of co-worker satisfaction assessments and potential actions to ensure the desired co-worker satisfaction and retention.
