Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering projects for our clients, acting as a Technical Account Manager, Delivery Lead, and providing team leadership. While client relationship experience is valued, it is not necessary. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in software development who can effectively manage projects and lead cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Account Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring that project deliverables meet their expectations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to address their business challenges.

2. Delivery Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure successful outcomes. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.

3. Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including internal and external resources, to ensure collaboration and alignment with project goals. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles. Drive performance excellence and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
