Our client is an established industrial company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to its clients worldwide. As they continue to expand and optimize their operations, they are seeking a talented SAP FI-CO Consultant to join their in-house team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an SAP FI-CO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our client's finance, controlling, and implementation teams. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to streamline processes, optimize financial operations, and drive business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, controlling, and implementation teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Configure and customize SAP FI-CO modules to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and training, to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FI-CO modules, troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and usability.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation within the finance and controlling functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FI-CO modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP updates to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the evolution of our client's SAP landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an SAP FI-CO Consultant, with at least three years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP integration techniques, data migration strategies, and system testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• SAP certification in FI or CO modules is a plus.
• Experience in the industrial sector or a similar industry is preferred.
