OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead a newly established product division focused on innovative gaming solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overall strategy, product development, and financial performance. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle and execute strategies aimed at driving growth and efficiency in a dynamic environment. This position reports to the Senior Leadership of Global Products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and lead a new product vertical within the company.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for market positioning and product alignment.
• Identify target markets and conduct thorough market research to inform product decisions.
• Drive product innovation through user feedback and data analysis.
• Manage budgets and financial targets, optimizing revenue and costs.
• Collaborate with various teams to align initiatives with company goals.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture and nurture top talent within the division.
• Build relationships with external partners to support product development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a strong track record of successful product launches.
• Deep understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and emerging trends.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams and fostering innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change and customer satisfaction.
