We are on the lookout for a Digital Content and Social Media Manager  / Senior Marketing manager who can bring our mission to life across all things digital. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Graphics, Product, Sales, as well as our China based team
• Developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and build brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more
• Crafting compelling copy, creating static and video content, and managing campaigns to boost conversion rates across the digital journey
• Managing the planning and execution of paid and organic social media strategies, and optimising campaigns for global and regional audiences
• Driving customer engagement through newsletters, blogs, and influencer collaborations as part of a cohesive digital marketing approach - working alongside our fabulous Content Marketing Coordinator
• Overseeing POS management, event planning, and trade/retail/online marketing initiatives
• Collaborating with our Content Marketing Coordinator and design team to ensure all content aligns with Swandoo's brand values, visual identity, and tone of voice
• Monitoring trends in social media, digital marketing, and content production to keep Swandoo at the forefront of innovation
• Tracking performance through analytics and reporting key insights to management

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Hands-on creative with a passion for social media demonstrated through professional experience and/or personal projects
• Experienced in content creation, campaign management, and influencer collaboration, ideally with a background in B2C (bonus points for B2B)
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced startup environment
• A strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in reporting and analytics, with a strong understanding of performance metrics
• Adept at collaboration, working with teams across various disciplines and time zones
• Fluent in English (German is a big plus!)
• Graphic design skills are a bonus with experience with creative tools being desirable but not essential
