Consultant/Trainer/Coach (m/f/d)

Our client the company ARGO is continuing to grow their team and is looking for a

CONSULTANT/TRAINER/COACH (M/F/D)

IN THE AREA OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

(FULL-TIME, BASED IN VIENNA)

WHAT WE MUST INSIST ON:

• A university degree (the more relevant, the better) and at least 5 years experience in training and coaching of business leaders
• Ability to deliver sessions both in-person and virtually, in native-level German and fluent English
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international), and a drivers license
• A balance of hard-nosed business nous and compassionate humanity, as well as a drive for mastery and love for this work

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE IF PERHAPS YOU HAVE:

• Leadership experience in a corporate environment
• Experience in leading changes both small and large and in facilitating workshops
• Formal coaching and training accreditation
• Experience in working with emotional intelligence and transactional analysis
• Skills in key account management and business development

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Fixed monthly salary between €2,400 – 2,800 (gross/full-time), depending on experience. Plus, a fixed bonus for every day delivered.
