WEN SUCHEN WIR?

• Eagerness to learn and apply data-focused scripting languages to complement data analysis (R, Python, etc.)
• Ongoing or completed studies from an accredited university, preferably in sciences, analytics, business, or relevant practical experience with data or business analysis
• Analytical thinking skills with a drive to identify business issues/opportunities, frame business questions, contextualise the answers and quantify salesforce-related data to paint a picture, specifically in the context of our data- and pharma-centri
• Understanding of databases and ability to write simple queries in SQL.
• Basic understanding in using business intelligence software (e.g., Qlik, PowerBI, Spotfire), for building reports and dashboards are a plus but not a requirement

WAS ERWARTEN WIR?

• In your first weeks you will have enough time to explore our databases and find your way around our data structure and layers. In your first months you will focus on very specific Salesforce Effectiveness Reports and support the operational process surrounding these.
• Identify and implement Key Performance Indicators and visual reports to support Business Units and customer facing teams in their decision-making process

• Für diese Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mind. EUR 16 173,42 vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
