KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making and business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring the company meets all tax obligations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional development and high performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
