KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee cost controlling processes, ensuring transparency in production costs, overheads, and operational expenses.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variance reports, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, particularly regarding production costs and supply chain optimization.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessment.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Support the development of financial models for investment and business planning.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent financial certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management with a strong focus on cost controlling within the manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in cost accounting, variance analysis, and production cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, preferably with manufacturing modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with cross-functional teams.
