To strengthen our customer service in Wolfurt, we are looking to fill the following position:

KEY ACCOUNT SERVICE NORTH AMERICA

DEINE AUFGABEN

• As key account service for the US subsidiary of LTW you will be the main point of contact for the service departments of LTW USA and LTW AT
• Handling and management of all service related items between the U.S. service department and AT. Based at the headquarter in Wolfurt (AT)
• Representation of the US service team‘s interests in Austria for all new development and processes implemented
• Active involvement in the advancement, expansion and success of the service department in North America
• Capability to work independently and in an organized manner, along with proficient IT skills

DEIN PROFIL

• Customer-oriented thinking combined with efficient problem-solving abilities in a technical work environment
• Very good intercultural competence, understanding of cultural differences, and enjoyment of interpersonal work
• Willingness to travel combined with extended stays in the USA
• Excellent English and German language skills are a fundamental requirement

Gesetzlicher Hinweis bzgl. der Vergütung: Das jährliche Mindestgrundgehalt basiert auf dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der metalltechnischen Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich am Vorarlberger Gehaltsniveau und liegt je nach Berufsausbildung und Erfahrung über dem KV. Gerne ziehen wir deine Bewerbung auch für andere adäquate Stellen in der Doppelmayr Gruppe in Betracht.
