Our client is a leading European group, specializing the production on packaging solutions for globally recognized brands across various industries. Focusing on sustainability, innovation, and high-quality specialty products, they provide packaging that protects a wide range of items.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Vienna, Austria, our client operates over 30 production facilities in Austria, Germany, the UK, France, Hungary, Poland, and Egypt.

Our client is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and dynamic Inhouse consultant (m/f/d) to support the management team at the Vienna HQ and at the respective production plants.

YOUR TASK:

• Lead Commercial Management with Business Unit and local teams for optimized operations
• Standardize costing, pricing, and margin management processes
• Drive collaboration between operations and sales to enhance business analysis
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Support customer tender processes and business growth
• Develop and implement inter-company pricing policies

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree (or equivalent) in business, process engineering, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing, converting, or industrial sectors, including advisory or consultancy roles
• Strong understanding of business and industrial processes, with expertise in identifying key profitability and business drivers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with fluency in English
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for data-driven decision-making
• Willingness to travel for business-related activities within Europe
