Senior Engineer IT Cloud and Networks (m/w/d)

To join our vibrant team in Vienna, we are looking for a Senior IT Cloud Engineer with a great deal of experience and competence. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in cloud infrastructure, specifically in Fortinet and Microsoft Azure technologies. Excellent documentation abilities and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft services and products are prerequisites for this position. reporting to the VP of Security and Operations Infrastructure and overseeing network administrators or cloud administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet security solutions to ensure robust protection of cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and security configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and security.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and security.

ANFORDERUNGEN

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud engineering.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and Fortinet technologies.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Preferred if candidate has manufacturing environment experience.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
