PREMIUM BRANDS STELLANTIS SALES & MARKETING TRAINEE

Your Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Premium Brands Director Stellantis Austria, overseeing the Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles brands, you will support the team with a comprehensive 360° approach to all Sales & Marketing topics for both brands, including (but not limited to):

SALES

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to define and formalize sales actions aimed at boosting order collection and increasing market share.
• Support the execution of the defined actions within the retailer network.
• Analyze historical sales data and assist in defining monthly sales targets for internal stakeholders and the retailer network.
• Prepare sales planning and order demand forecasts.

MARKETING

• Work with the Marketing Director to define marketing actions, including CRM initiatives, media/digital campaigns, and events.
• Support the product team in creating price lists, catalogues, and preparing for upcoming commercial launches.
• Assist the Customer Management Office in managing our social media accounts.
• Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing Action Plan.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Academic background in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
• Proficient with numbers and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage.
• Prior knowledge of or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

• A full-time trainee position for 18 months (38.5 hours per week) with a gross monthly salary between €2,303.00 and €2,609.00, based on the collective agreement for trade employees
